Church of Girl is proud to present a booking and promotion resource for bands and artists looking to perform in Portland Oregon!

Church of Girl’s package includes:

Booking:

• Arranging and confirming your show date(s) in the Portland Metro Area and connecting you with other local bands if needed.
• Settling the terms and specific details with the venue contact and providing a contract of agreement between venue and artist.

Media Promotion:

• Develop an electronic publicity package to send out to Portland’s local press, including a description of your music, a brief bio and your most current accomplishments.
• Submit show listings to the local Portland Weeklies (Portland Mercury and Willamette Week).

Online Promotion and Radio Airplay:

• Post your an electronic flier at: churchofgirl.com/shows.
• Add show listing to Church of Girl’s MySpace Calendar and send bulletin announcement.
• Send email invitations to Church of Girl’s Portland Friends through mailing list.
• Airtime on Church of Girl Radio’s Portland Hour during the month before your show.

If you are interested in Church of Girl’s Booking services, please contact us at least two months in advance and send:

• Website and/or MySpace address
• Bio(s)
• The date(s) you are flexible to play
• Your technical needs at the venue
• A description of what type of venue you wish to play (i.e. Established club, new club, house show, café, record store, art gallery, etc.)
• Your monetary expectations (i.e. Guaranteed minimum vs. playing for free/donations)
• Any other needs you will have for the show.
  

Terms:

Church of Girl’s Booking and promotion package is offered for a flat rate of $75. If you are only need booking OR promotion services, we are happy to negotiate a flat project rate with you.

**PLEASE NOTE: Please understand that contracting with Church of Girl to book and/or promote your show DOES NOT EQUAL a guarantee of turnout to your event.
